A hardneck variety with large purple striped bulbs containing 6-8 plump cloves. Great all-purpose garlic with a mild, but rich flavor.

Georgian Fire

Bold and hot, this porcelain variety is a favorite in salsas and hot sauce. The large cloves are easily peeled. Porcelain garlic is similar in flavor to Rocambole but have a longer storage life--around eight months.

German Extra Hardy

German Extra-Hardy is a porcelain hardneck variety of garlic with a strong, hot garlic flavor. The white bulbs produce 4-6 reddish cloves which lend bold flavor to meats, slow-simmered sauces and more.

Lorz

Lorz garlic is an Italian softneck variety that delivers robust, hot and spicy flavor. The large cloves peel easily and are delicious roasted with olive oil.

Elephant

Elephant garlic is actually a variety of leek, yet resembles garlic in appearance and flavor. The enormous bulbs produce 4-6 individual, mild-flavored cloves.
